Metal–organic framework (MOF) membranes are promising for efficient separation applications. However, the uncontrollable pathways at atomic level impede the further development of these membranes for molecular separation. Herein we show that vapor linker exchange can induce partial amorphization of MOF membranes and then reduce their transport pathways for precisely molecular sieving. Through exchanging MOF linkers by incoming ones with similar topology but higher acidity, the resulted metal-linker bonds with lower strength cause the transformation of MOF membranes from order to disorder/amorphous. The linker exchange and partial amorphization can narrow intrinsic apertures and conglutinate grain boundary/crack defects of membranes. Because of the formation of ultra-microporous amorphous phase, the MOF composite membrane shows competitive H2/CO2 selectivity up to 2400, which is about two orders of magnitude higher than that of conventional MOF membranes, accompanied by high H2 permeance of 13.4 × 10−8 mol m−2 s−1 Pa−1 and good reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

Flesh colour, which is affected by cultivars and browning, can largely impact consumer acceptance in fresh-cut apples. The study profiled phenolic metabolites from apple flesh of twenty-three cultivars by widely targeted metabolomics. Comparison among white- and yellow-fleshed cultivars showed fifteen phenolics, mainly quercetin 3-O-glucoside, hyperoside, hesperetin 5-O-glucoside and cymaroside, in white-fleshed apples were significantly higher than those in yellow-fleshed apples. It may indicate a metabolite basis of yellow and white flesh colour, and better potential nutrition in white-fleshed apples. In addition, ten phenolic metabolites including five cyanidin glycosides showed significant differences between the highest and the lowest browning groups, indicating them may be crucial in browning of fresh-cut apple. This work elucidates the differences of phenolic profiles among apple cultivars with different flesh colour and provides useful data to evaluate the suitability of apple for fresh-cut processing.  相似文献

针对金属板材的质量控制与服役性能评估问题,在对金属板材微损伤进行超声导波检测的基础上,结合形状上下文(shape context,SC)与动态时间规整方法对其损伤劣化程度进行量化评估.该方法以无损Lamb波信号为基准,采用动态时间规划(dynamic time warping,DWT)算法对损伤信号进行相似匹配分析对比,确定基准信号与损伤信号的最佳匹配路径.引入SC的轮廓识别方法对Lamb波的局部波形信息进行统计分析,以波形形状距离代替传统欧氏距离匹配方法,解决DTW相似匹配中的病态对齐问题.最后,将无损Lamb波与损伤Lamb波信号间SC-DTW匹配距离作为损伤程度的量化指标,采用随机闭合裂纹的有限元仿真模型和铝板弯折实验对所提出方法进行验证,结果表明,基于Lamb波SC-DTW的损伤量化指数对铝板早期裂纹具有较高的敏感性和较好的量化表征能力.该方法无需对波包进行识别,也不必进行复杂的特征提取,具有简单高效和抗噪声能力强等优点,在金属板服役性能评估与质量控制中有较好的实用性和推广价值.  相似文献

Taking air freezing (AF) as the reference, the effects of four types of multi-compound freezing medium for cryogenic liquid quick-freezing (immersion freezing, IF) on the freezing rate, quality and myofibrillar protein (MP) denaturation of red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) fillets during frozen storage (−18°C) from days 0 to 90 were studied. Samples were gathered on days 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 for analysis. The results showed that IF groups (IF-1: 20% ethanol, 30% propylene glycol, 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution; IF-2: 20% ethanol, 20% propylene glycol, 10% glycerol, 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution; IF-3: 20% ethanol, 20% propylene glycol, 10% polyethylene glycol, 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution; IF-4: 20% ethanol, 20% propylene glycol, 5% glycerol, 5% polyethylene glycol, 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution) significantly shortened the time to cross the formation zone of maximum ice crystals while the freezing rate was 6.13 times higher than the AF group after adding 30% propylene glycol as the freezing medium. Furthermore, compared with the AF group, the IF groups significantly reduced losses in the water-holding capacity, the myofibrillar fragmentation index, microstructure damage, texture characteristics, drip loss and water migration (P < 0.05). In addition, the MP of IF groups had higher maximum transition temperatures (Tmax1 and Tmax2), total sulfhydryl content, Ca2+-ATPase activity and relative α-helix content compared with the AF group. In conclusion, IF could significantly increase the freezing rate of red drum fillets, and slow down quality deterioration and denaturation of MP during frozen storage for 90 days (−18°C). In particular, IF-2 (20% ethanol, 20% propylene glycol, 10% glycerol, 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution) was found to be more suitable for the immersion freezing of marine fish among the four multi-compound freezing medium.  相似文献
